Liposuction

It is typically fatty thighs or a little paunch that cause the most bother.

The treatment involves sucking away the fat with a fine draining tube, after which the tissue is refilled with an anesthetic (tumescence).

The treatment can be carried out under local or general anesthesia as you wish.

The operation takes place on an outpatient basis but an overnight stay is possible if you so wish.

For two weeks there will be bruising and discoloration. After one to two weeks the results are socially acceptable.

In time the fine scars are virtually unnoticeable.
